A Woven Path

The Art & Wisdom of Womanhood

A space for women who feel the stretch between who they have been and who they are becoming.

A Woven Path is an 7-week long, facilitated cohort for women navigating the subtle and seismic shifts of mothering and womanhood—whether you are pregnant, postpartum, parenting, tending grief, or carrying the weight of being the one to heal your lineage.

Together, we gather to slow down and listen. To the body, to the stories we’ve inherited, and to the ones asking to be rewritten.

Through guided inquiry, somatic practices, reflective writing, and shared witnessing, we explore what it means to mother without disappearing. To be our whole, wide, wild, wise self without self abandonment.

We’ll move with a range of archetypes, noticing how they live in us, speak through us, and invite us into deeper embodiment.

What to expect

This cohort supports integration and self-understanding through exploring the lived experiences of womanhood and motherhood.

You will be invited to create, set intention, explore & connect
